A Chemistry graduate of the University of Ghana, Legon, currently reading for an MSc in Environmental Restoration Studies. Over the past decade he has served as Project Manager on landscape works for Meridian Port Services Phase 2 at Tema Port, the COCOBOD warehouse in Tema, the Mediterranean Shipping Company headquarters, the GNPC Research Laboratory at Spintex, the playing fields and soft landscaping around the University of Ghana Stadium for the 2023 African Games, and recently the new ABSA headquarters at Accra Ridge and The Church of Latter-Day Saints, Kumasi.
His technical work extends beyond ornamental landscaping into applied environmental and agricultural science: co-project manager on the Circular Water Initiative in Tamale with the Government of the Netherlands, Bureau M2 and the University for Development Studies; project manager for Betterleaf Ltd, an Israeli–Ghanaian biocontrol venture; and resource person for CABI on organic alternatives to highly hazardous pesticides. He has also supported the FAO on policy formulation and implementation for organic fertiliser and integrated pest management, worked with Innovation for Poverty Action (IPA) Ghana on the implementation of Village Input Fairs (VIF) across northern Ghana, and served as resource person and organiser on the EYES Programme (Empowering Youth with Employable Skills), powered by the Mastercard Foundation and implemented by AGRA, the University of Ghana and the Leventis Foundation.
A formulation chemist with over eight years of industry experience, holding a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Ghana, Legon, alongside further formulation credentials from Formula Botanica and UNIDO/IPFT, and an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Ghana Business School. She leads corporate strategy, client engagement, quality systems and Frestore Eden's Gender & Safeguarding standards.
She is also Head of R&D at Ayewa Aberfur Ltd (Ayewa Labs), a Ghana FDA-certified, ISO 22716-compliant CDMO in Accra serving more than 300 clients across Africa, Asia, the Americas, Europe and Australia. That cross-cultural, cross-market client experience — from onboarding and needs assessment through delivery, compliance and long-term account growth — shapes how she manages Frestore Eden's corporate and institutional accounts. Her formulation background also gives Frestore Eden in-house capability for soil conditioners, organic amendments and plant-care preparations, alongside working familiarity with regulatory documentation and quality systems. As Gender & Safeguarding Officer on the EYES Programme (AGRA, Leventis Foundation and the University of Ghana), she brings those safeguarding standards into Frestore Eden's field operations, ensuring every partnership the company builds is safe, equitable and accountable.
